I've been trying to hit GO-32 on APRS. According to the pages, it's
supposed to be operational, with the right settings. I'm using a
Kenwood TH-D7A(G) HT. I can hear it quite clearly at 9600 baud, but
can't decode anything on APRS, or put any packets up. The next step
is to set the TNC to "PACKET" and decode the raw downlink.
