The shuttle and ISS operates at 14.7 PSI.

The space suits at a much lower pressure. In order to allow more time for
N2 to leave the body, they camp out at a lower pressure (I forget how low, I
think it's around 10PSI) so the pre-breath time in the space suit is even
shorter.
